Postage and Packaging

Please find below some general FAQ's on our postage and packaging policies...

We use Parcelforce's AM service, this means your costume will normally arrive by 12PM. Collection of the parcel will be between 9-5 for return to us at Millennium. Please ensure there is someone available to give the parcel back to the courier or extra charges will occur.

We are sometimes able to send a costume at extremely short notice. If delivery falls on a Saturday, a £35 surcharge is incurred.
The boxes used for transportation of Stormtrooper and Darth Vader suits measure a substantial 21" x 21" x 23" and 26" x 23" x 23"
Due to cost issues, we are unable to send costumes to Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands.
