Final payment is due 7 days before the date of your event
Any cancellations must be informed to us 7 days before the intended hire date (otherwise you will be charged for hire).
The deposit is refunded as soon as the costume is returned and checked back in by us. This is normally by the Friday. Any damage or missing parts will result in a deduction being made against your deposit.
Standard hire is Friday to Monday (Delivery Friday AM, collection Monday). If you need non standard hire please note in sending relevant forms.
P&P charges include delivery and collection
Saturday delivery is an option, but a £35 surcharge applies.
In circumstances that collection of costumes is delayed or hampered by the client resulting in the loss of hires or potential hires a hire charge will be offset against the retained deposit for loss of business.
