Final payment is due 7 days before the date of your event
Any cancellations must be informed to us 7 days before the intended hire date (otherwise you will be charged for hire).
The deposit is refunded as soon as the costume is returned and checked back in by us. Any damage or missing parts may result in a charge being made against your deposit.
Standard hire is usually Friday to Monday (Delivery Friday AM, collection Monday)
P&P charges include delivery and collection
Saturday delivery is an option, but a £25 surchage is payable
We do not sell costumes
In circumstances that collection of costumes is delayed or hampered by the client resulting in the loss of hires or potential hires a hire charge will be offset against the retained deposit for loss of business.
Please be aware that our costumes can be very hot and uncomfortable. They look fantastic, people love them and you will make a real impact, but be ready for a pretty uncomfortable night! We recommend our costumes for organised events or house parties, but strongly advise against nights on the town.
